At the end of the installation you see following message:

Starting from Internet Explorer 6.0, a new property was introduced to minimize security risks.
On some systems, this property is turned on by default, disabling loading of custom toolbars (like DbaBar, Google Bar, ...) in Internet Explorer.

DbaBar detects that this property is turned off at install time and asks you to enable it.
You will need to enable this option before DbaBar will be displayed.

If you choose not to enable this option at this moment, but still want to enable it at a later time, you can do so by going to the 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' > 'Advanced' > 'Enable third party browser extensions' in Internet Explorer.
A restart of Internet Explorer is required after enabling this option.
